Image Desk v0.1.0 / 利用条件

購入者（無料版はダウンロードした利用者）本人および同一事業内のチームが、端末内で商用・非商用の画像整理に使えます。必要な複製・バックアップ・自己使用のための改変は可能です。非独占、クレジット任意。
整理した画像は元の画像の権利に従って利用できます。顧客の許諾を受けた画像の整理に使い、整理した画像を顧客へ納品できます。本ツールが入力画像の権利を与えることはありません。
プログラム・説明書・同梱素材自体や、それらの改変版の再配布・再販売・第三者への転貸はできません。本ツールを組み込んだオンラインサービスやアプリの提供は、この条件には含みません。紹介には公開ページへのリンクを使えます。
同梱のオリジナルサンプル3画像は、自分の完成作品に組み込んで利用・加工できます。素材集としての再配布・再販売はできません。
第三者の画像・フォント・利用サービス等の条件は別に従ってください。既存BOOTH商品の利用条件は変わりません。
特定の用途への適合、全環境での互換性、売上や独占性は保証しません。適用法令上免除できない責任を除き、利用に伴う責任を制限します。

English summary (the Japanese terms govern): Non-exclusive use for your own personal/commercial image workflows and within the same business. Local backup and modification for your own use are allowed. Process only images you have rights to use; output rights follow input rights. You may deliver processed client images with the client's permission. Do not redistribute,resell,rent or offer this program/documentation/modified versions as another app or online service. Original sample images may be incorporated into finished works,but may not be redistributed/resold as asset files or packs. No promise of exclusivity,income or universal compatibility. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
