English summary
Free personal and commercial use and modification of this HTML/CSS/JavaScript tool are allowed. Free redistribution must include these same terms. Do not sell the tool/code itself or claim unchanged work as solely your own.
Frames, patterns and color-note graphics drawn by the tool may be incorporated into personal/commercial works and client projects. Editing is allowed; credit is optional; permission is nonexclusive.
Rights and terms of your selected images, text and fonts still apply. The tool grants no rights to third-party inputs. Palette extraction is approximate, not legal clearance.
The tool code does not upload selected images/text or save them in browser storage. Closing/reloading resets the settings. Save outputs first. External links need a connection. Device/browser/font/save behavior varies; OBS/printing/device-specific use has not been independently verified. No guarantee of fitness, revenue, copyrightability or exclusivity. Existing BOOTH terms remain unchanged. AI assisted the design/code/text.
